- Payments for Phoenix Suns can
be made through Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We
also accept Cashier's Check, Paypal and Money Orders, but you must first

Phoenix Suns Ticket Refund Information
- PlatinumTickets.com is only
able to provide refunds for games that have been cancelled. If the Phoenix Suns game is postponed or rescheduled, we are unable to provide
a refund.
- If the Phoenix Suns
game for which you have purchased tickets has been cancelled, you will
have 14 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office for a
refund of your money (minus the shipping costs).
- Please keep your Phoenix Suns tickets in a safe place as we cannot replace them if lost or
stolen.
