·                                 PlatinumTickets.com is only able to provide refunds for the Super Bowl (Superbowl) if the game has been cancelled. If the Super Bowl (Superbowl) game is postponed or rescheduled, we are unable to provide a refund.

·                                 If the Super Bowl (Superbowl) game for which you have purchased tickets has been cancelled, you will have 14 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office for a refund of your money (minus the shipping costs).

·                                 Please keep your Super Bowl (Superbowl) tickets in a safe place as we cannot replace them if lost or stolen.
