- PlatinumTickets.com is only able to provide refunds for games that have been cancelled. If the Tampa Bay Lightning game is postponed or rescheduled, we are unable to provide a refund.
- If the Tampa Bay Lightning game for which you have purchased tickets has been cancelled, you will have 14 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office for a refund of your money (minus the shipping costs).
