The Chicago White sox who opened there park on April 24, 1901 from 1901-1910. Some of the greatest moments in there history was the last two games of the 1926 Negro National League and hall of famer Bill Foster pitches both ends of a double header against the Kansas City Monarchs. He throws a shutout in each game, winning the pennant fot the American Giants. Then on July 1 1910 the Chicago White Sox moved to Comiskey Park which had a capacity of 28,810 in 1910 and went all the way up to 43,951 until 1990. Some of the greatest moments for the Chicago White sox was in 1934 in one of the most exciting ball games played. Satchel Paige is the winning pitcher and cool papa scores the only run after he walks and steals second in the eigth inning. However, Wrigley field was not the first classic ball park in Chicago. The honor belongs to the Chicago White sox who unveiled Comiskey Park on july 1 1910.

In 1991 the old crumbling of the historic Comiskey park and the Chicago White sox moved into the new field in Chicago. 
The new wave Chicago White Sox in 2005 delivered big time for there fans and the city of Chicago. After losing Magglio Ordonez to free agency and trading Carlos Lee to Milwaukie the sox were forecasted to finish at the very bottom. In the first half of the 2005 season the Chicago Whites Sox with a record of 57-29 exploded in the scenes as a definite contender. Then behind a deep rotation of great pitching they won 8 of there last 10 games to clinch the central title. All that hard work and consistent play catapulted the Chicago White Sox to the 2005 World Series Champions.
