Parking at the Air Canada Centre can be tough. You'll probably want to get down there an hour to 45 minutes early if you want to find space in the Air Canada Center lot. Public transportation is a hassle-free way to get the the Centre and avoid any traffic congestion in the immediate area. Simply find a lot along the subway line to the Centre, park away from the Arena and enjoy a quick ride to the game.

The Air Canada Center is located in the heart of downtown Toronto on Bay Street. The surrounding area is nice, so you might want to allow some extra time to walk the streets downtown and check out the Harbour district before the game.
You'll find some good restaurants near the Westin-Harbour Castle if you want to grab dinner before the game.

Toronto Raptors Ticket Refund Information

• PlatinumTickets.com is only able to provide refunds for games that have been cancelled. If the Toronto Raptors game is postponed or rescheduled, we are unable to provide a refund.
• If the Toronto Raptors game for which you have purchased tickets has been cancelled, you will have 14 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office for a refund of your money (minus the shipping costs).
• Please keep your Toronto Raptors tickets in a safe place as we cannot replace them if lost or stolen.
