Washington Nationals Ticket Refund Information

• PlatinumTickets.com is only able to provide refunds for games that have been cancelled. If the Washington Nationals game is postponed or rescheduled, we are unable to provide a refund.
• If the Washington Nationals game for which you have purchased tickets has been cancelled, you will have 14 days from the date of cancellation to contact our office for a refund of your money (minus the shipping costs).
• Please keep your Washington Nationals tickets in a safe place as we cannot replace them if lost or stolen.
